This legal agreement applies to the "Coron Data Mining Platform"
(shortly "Coron"), version 0.7.5.0 of October 2007 ("the Software").
The Software has been designed and implemented by the following
persons ("the Authors"):
* Laszlo SZATHMARY (INRIA; Université Nancy 1),
* Amedeo NAPOLI (CNRS), and
* Yannick TOUSSAINT (INRIA).
INRIA, Université Nancy 1, and CNRS ("the Owners") hold all the
ownership rights of the Software. The Software has been registered
at the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes (APP), under the
following reference:
IDDN.FR.001.420045.000.S.P.2007.000.10000.
The Software is only available in binary form unless a license for
the source code is bought. You also agree not to reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source
code of the Software.
The Software is available for use, free of charge, for educational
and scientific, non-commercial purposes. If the Software, or any of
its generated results is used in scientific publications, we request
that one or more relevant publications of the development team be
cited. The Coron development team welcomes collaborations.
Integration of the Software in other software products is permitted
provided that the following conditions are met:
(1) It should be for non-commercial research purposes.
(2) A permission is granted from the Authors of the Software.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORS ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
